The platform’s look and feel was revamped, aligning it with the brand’s identity and creating a more intuitive experience for users with different levels of financial knowledge. Accessibility and usability improvements were implemented, ensuring that both experienced investors like Sebastián and newcomers like Carolina could navigate effortlessly.
Additionally, structured deliverables were created to streamline developers’ work, ensuring an efficient implementation. With these enhancements, the platform evolved from being exclusive to experts into an accessible space for all Fiduprevisora users.
The main challenge in redesigning Fiduprevisora’s transactional portal was balancing security and usability. Since it is a financial platform, we had to ensure data and transaction protection without further compromising the already fragile user experience.
The portal had usability issues that negatively impacted the user experience. It lacked clear guidance, making navigation confusing. Additionally, the processes were complex, with multiple steps that increased the abandonment rate.
The transactional flows were optimized by reducing steps and improving real-time validations. Additionally, the portal was adapted to different user needs, enhancing touch interaction, and security processes were adjusted to balance protection and ease of use.
The process optimization reduced the abandonment rate and increased the conversion rate. Additionally, it made the portal more accessible and responsive, expanding its reach, while operational efficiency improved by minimizing errors and support inquiries.
