Telemedicina
Web App Design - Custom
To improve the lives of citizens in rural Pereira, the portal was designed with a highly accessible visual structure, tailored for users with varying levels of digital literacy.
A unified design system and a responsive approach were implemented, optimizing the experience on mobile devices and allowing patients to attend medical consultations without the grueling commute to the city.
Additionally, scheduling flows were simplified, reducing the steps for booking appointments, receiving prescriptions, and checking results. We introduced more intuitive interfaces adapted for low-bandwidth connections, providing autonomy and timely care. This significantly improved the rural population’s access to healthcare, saving them time and money.

To help Merit bring her dream business online, a custom Shopify store was designed from scratch with a strong focus on brand identity and emotional connection. Through collaborative sessions, we uncovered her desire for a space that truly reflected her personality — something different, authentic, and aligned with her creative vision. The store’s design system, product layout, and visual storytelling were crafted to express her essence, offering customers a seamless and inspiring shopping experience. This transformation not only brought her vision to life but also drove an 80% increase in sales, positioning her brand as a unique and memorable presence in the digital market.

The platform’s look and feel was revamped, aligning it with the brand’s identity and creating a more intuitive experience for users with different levels of financial knowledge. Additionally, structured deliverables were created to streamline developers’ work, ensuring an efficient implementation. With these enhancements, the platform evolved from being exclusive to experts into an accessible space for all Fiduprevisora users.

To help a title connection firm elevate its digital presence, a complete website redesign and strategic business consultation were carried out with a strong focus on security, clarity, and institutional trust. Through collaborative sessions, we redefined the user journeys and website flows, identifying the need for a digital space that guides users intuitively, easing decision-making and making title history and audit services in Florida and Puerto Rico effortlessly transparent.
The new visual system, information layout, and overall aesthetic were designed to embody solidity and simplicity, offering clients a smooth, structured browsing experience completely free of legal encumbrances. This transformation not only strengthened the brand’s image but also optimized user interaction and streamlined closings, positioning it as a modern, reliable reference in real estate investment protection.

I strive to ensure that aesthetics always serve the user experience. I start by understanding users’ needs and behaviors, and then design visually appealing interfaces that enhance usability. My goal is to ensure that each element serves a clear purpose and contributes to intuitive navigation that is consistent with the brand’s identity.
