Change, solution and impact

To help Latino workers connect with companies seeking their services, the app was designed from scratch with a clear focus on usability and accessibility.

Through user research, we identified the main barriers freelancers faced when finding reliable jobs and built intuitive flows that simplified registration, profile creation, and job matching.
For companies, the platform streamlined the process of finding qualified labor, providing filters by skill, location, and availability.

This connection between talent and demand not only improved hiring efficiency but also opened new opportunities for hundreds of Latino workers across the U.S., empowering them to grow professionally and economically.

Change to solve

Design a complete digital platform to connect Latino freelance workers with companies in need of qualified labor across the U.S. The goal was to create an intuitive space where workers could easily register, showcase their skills, and access new opportunities, while employers could efficiently find and hire reliable talent—ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and functional experience for both sides.

Understanding the problem

Many Latino workers faced difficulties finding trustworthy job offers and safe communication channels with employers. On the other hand, companies struggled to reach verified and skilled labor. This lack of connection caused lost opportunities and slowed hiring processes. Understanding these barriers was key to shaping a solution that simplified access and built confidence between both parties.

Problem solution

We developed a user-centered platform from scratch, focusing on accessibility and transparency. Through user research, we identified needs, designed a simple onboarding process, and created clear workflows for job posting, matching, and payment. This made it easier for freelancers to find work safely and for companies to manage their workforce without intermediaries or confusion.

Impact of client

The new platform had a remarkable impact—hundreds of Latino workers were connected with companies seeking skilled labor, improving employment rates and work stability. For employers, it reduced search time and hiring costs while ensuring access to qualified professionals. This solution strengthened trust, efficiency, and inclusion within the U.S. freelance labor market.
